Pilates Stability Ball

most used in class. we use the ball to challenge exercises, make movements more accessible, and provide greater proprioception in the body. this prop is affordable and great for travel.

Bala Bangles

a great way to improve strength and flexibility in a sure way. adding some weight to the arms and legs will get you stronger faster. i recommend getting the 2lb version. can be worn on ankles or wrists. this prop is the least affordable but the most comfortable ankle or wrist weight.

Small Hand Weights

adding a little load can go a long way. these weighted balls from Stott are my favorite and i use them in class often. you can purchase 1-3lbs. I recommend 3lbs.

Resistance Bands

resistance bands are used in class often for challenging muscles, to assist with movement, and provide greater proprioception in the body by giving you tactile feedback. i recommend a loop set + a couple of long loose bands in colors yellow, red, and green.
